Your Tasks

  • Mitwirkung bei laufenden M&A-Transaktionen und Post-Merger-Integrationsprojekten
  • Mitarbeit im laufenden Strategieentwicklungsprozess
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Strategiemeetings und Strategietagen
  • Übernahme von Aufgaben im PMO (Project Management Office)
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Business Cases sowie Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
  • Weiterentwicklung und Pflege des digitalen M&A / Post-Merger-Integration Handbuchs (Microsoft Power Apps)
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen durch den Einsatz von Automatisierungs- und KI-Tools (z. B. ChatGPT, Microsoft Power Automate)

Your Profile

  • Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang,  idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Unternehmensführung und Organisation, Strategische Unternehmensentwicklung oder Controlling
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Zielorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
