Your Tasks

  • Aktive Neukundenakquise und gezielter Ausbau unseres Kundenportfolios
  • Identifikation und Entwicklung neuer Markt-, Kunden- und Umsatzpotenziale
  • Eigenständige Ansprache und Gewinnung neuer Kunden – vom Erstkontakt bis zum Vertragsabschluss
  • Aufbau belastbarer Beziehungen zu Entscheidern und strategische Entwicklung neuer Key Accounts
  • Verantwortung für Angebots-, Preis-, Vertrags- und Konditionsverhandlungen
  • Konsequente Steuerung der Sales Pipeline sowie Umsatzplanung und Forecasting
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung sowie Ableitung konkreter Vertriebsaktivitäten

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches oder technisches Studium bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb, Key Account Management oder Business Development, idealerweise im Automotive-Umfeld
  • Ausgeprägter Hunter-Mindset mit nachweisbarer Stärke in Neukundenakquise und Geschäftsentwicklung
  • Hohe Abschlussorientierung, Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, neue Geschäftschancen aktiv zu erschließen
  • Überzeugendes Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Ergebnisorientierung und hohe Selbstständigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie hohe Reisebereitschaft
