Your Tasks

  • Fertigung von Baugruppen und Werkstücken gemäß technischer Zeichnung
  • Rüsten, Programmieren, Bedienen und Überwachen von Roboterschweißanlagen
  • Durchführung von Handschweißarbeiten im MAG-Verfahren
  • Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung der Aufträge und Buchung im EDV-System (SAP)
  • Prüfen der Schweißnähte auf Qualität und Maßhaltigkeit (Werker-Selbstkontrolle)
  • Einhaltung der Vorgaben von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Arbeitssicherheit

Your Profile

  • Ausbildung zum Schweißer (w/m/d), Konstruktionsmechaniker (w/m/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Metallbereich
  • Kenntnisse im Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen
  • Berufserfahrung im MIG-/MAG-Schweißen
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Arbeiten mit Schweißrobotern
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (3-Schicht-Sytem)
  • gültige Schweißer-Prüfung von Vorteil
