Your Tasks

  • Projektplanung und -steuerung: Erstellung von Zeitplänen, Zuweisung von Aufgaben und Überwachung des Fortschritts
  • Kommunikation und Teamarbeit: Organisieren von Meetings, Führen von Protokollen und Sicherstellen, dass alle auf dem gleichen Wissensstand sind
  • Risikomanagement: Unterstützung bei der Identifizierung und Minimierung von Risiken
  • Budgetierung und Kostenkontrolle: Überwachung des Projektbudgets und Kontrolle der Kosten
  • Dokumentation und Berichterstattung: Erstellen von Berichten, Dokumentieren und Tracken des Projektfortschritts
  • Prozessoptimierung: Arbeiten an Verbesserungen von Abläufen innerhalb des Projekts
  • Mögliche Projekte: Stärkung des globalen Produktionsnetzwerks, Optimierung der Herstellung bestimmter Produktgruppen oder übergeordnete Einsparungsprojekte

Your Profile

  • Studium im Studiengang Produktionstechnik und Organisation, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Studiengänge
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Sie arbeiten zielorientiert und strukturiert, sind teamfähig, zeigen aber auch Eigeninitiative
