Your Tasks

  • Ausarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung von Schulungsunterlagen der AL-KO Lean-Methoden (Shopfloor, 5S, QCO usw.) 
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Workshops
  • Analyse und Überarbeitung abteilungsinterner Workflows des globalen Operationalen Excellence

Your Profile

  • Studium im Studiengang Produktionstechnik und Organisation, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sie arbeiten zielorientiert und strukturiert, sind teamfähig, zeigen aber auch Eigeninitiative
