Your Tasks
- Ausarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung von Schulungsunterlagen der AL-KO Lean-Methoden (Shopfloor, 5S, QCO usw.)
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Workshops
- Analyse und Überarbeitung abteilungsinterner Workflows des globalen Operationalen Excellence
Your Profile
- Studium im Studiengang Produktionstechnik und Organisation, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sie arbeiten zielorientiert und strukturiert, sind teamfähig, zeigen aber auch Eigeninitiative
